Hobe Sound, Florida
Hobe Sound is quiet on purpose. Bridge Road runs under a canopy of banyans to the drawbridge, and across the water Jupiter Island keeps Blowing Rocks Preserve and some of the most private beachfront on the coast. Back on the mainland, The Harbour puts a dock behind almost every house.
So a lot of our Hobe Sound work happens on the water. We've shot canal homes with their boats on the lift, gated homes beside Peck Lake, and boats running the Intracoastal from a 17-foot Willy to a 65-foot HCB. Drone flights are cleared for Witham Field, Jupiter's airport and any restrictions over the island before the shoot.

Yes. Canal homes get the dock, the lift and the run to the Intracoastal from the air, along with the pool and the view from inside, timed so the water reads blue.
Usually. Most of Hobe Sound sits outside the controlled airspace around Witham Field in Stuart and Gwinn airport in Jupiter, and every address is checked first. Jupiter Island can see temporary flight restrictions, so those are checked for the shoot day, and launches stay off the national wildlife refuge, where drones are not allowed.
Yes. Boats are shot on the lift or tied up at the dock, and out on the Intracoastal when the owner wants running shots.
