Pre-Shoot Guide
Select your Industry to view our pre-shoot checklist for property and vessel photoshoot readiness.
The Essentials
Tap each step to check it off as you go.
All lights on before we arrive. Replace any burned-out bulbs at least 24 hours ahead.
Let the light in. Where there is a view, we will frame it.
Every fan off. Movement blurs in a still frame.
No cars in the drive, and the street in front kept clear where possible.
Out of the home or contained for the shoot, for their safety and our equipment.
The Finishing Touches
Tuck away visible cords, remotes and game consoles.
Move bins to the side of the property or into the garage.
Cleaning and staging finished before we arrive, ideally the day before.
Occupants off the property, or in a room we will not be shooting.
We rarely photograph garages, which makes them the right place for anything you would rather keep off camera.
