Yes, with some planning. North Palm Beach County General Aviation Airport sits just west of town, so many addresses need an FAA airspace authorization, which is requested before the shoot. A presidential visit to Palm Beach can also bring temporary flight restrictions; if one lands on your date, you'll hear from us early and the aerials move.
Often. Model homes, spec homes and community amenities across Avenir and the west side of town are regular work, and builders can book a full content day to cover several homes and the clubhouse at once.
