Tradition's Town Hall opened in 2003, the first building on what is now a town of its own on the west side of Port St. Lucie. Emery, Telaro, Manderlie and Cadence keep filling in around it, the TIM shuttle and e-bikes run the T-Trail, and since 2025 the 73-foot Heart in the Park has risen over Village Parkway. We've filmed a good part of that story for Mattamy, from the Town Hall spin-out to the Heart itself.
East of I-95 it's a different city. The St. Lucie River winds past older neighborhoods with docks out back, and gated communities like Rivella and Tesoro sit on that side of town. Interiors, exteriors and aerials, usually in one visit. Twilight, video, floor plans or a 3D tour can be added when the home calls for it, and you'll get a straight answer on which ones are worth it.
Yes, it's a big part of the Port St. Lucie calendar. Model homes, spec homes, amenity centers and full community films, often several homes in one content day, with edits cut for the MLS, social and the builder's site.
Usually, yes. Most of the city sits in open airspace. The north end runs toward Treasure Coast International in Fort Pierce and the south edge toward Witham Field in Stuart, so some addresses need an FAA authorization, which is requested before the shoot day.
That's what the aerials are for. A low drone shot is the clearest way to show a home sitting on a lake or a fairway, so most Port St. Lucie listings get at least a few.
