Most people picture Sarasota from the water: the bayfront downtown, St. Armands Circle and the white sand on Siesta and Lido. Head east past I-75 and it gets quieter, with lakes, preserve land and new neighborhoods built right up to the water's edge.
That's where our real estate photography in Sarasota has lived so far. We've shot lakefront and canal homes in Artistry Sarasota and lakeside homes in Cresswind Lakewood Ranch, and spent a full day filming agents on camera in Lakewood Ranch. Yes. Much of our Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch work is new construction, from finished spec homes to community aerials of the lakes and amenities. Empty rooms can be virtually staged.
Usually. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport sits north of downtown inside controlled airspace, so many addresses need FAA authorization, which is requested before the shoot day. Every address gets checked first.
One day, one location, several agents. Each agent films on camera at the community and leaves with their own edited reel. Our Lakewood Ranch content day produced a separate reel for each of seven agents.
Edited photos are delivered the next business day. Video and 3D tour timing is set when you book.
